This Beta version of Electric Currents is only a designed site framework, completely ready for content to be created for it. The content is not yet ready, but I have written some sample content to help visualize what the site will look like with content inserted. Keep in mind that many of the links and vocabulary words referenced in the sample content lead to blank pages. If you find yourself on a blank page, simply click your browser's "back" button to return to the page you were on.
The following is a list of some of the site features you should be aware of. You can use this list as a starting point for viewing the site.
Possibly the most important aspect of this database-driven site is the content "manager" pages. These pages make it easy for any content writer not familiar with HTML, PHP, or SQL (the languages the site is programmed in) to add, delete, or edit content. For security reasons (casual site visitors trying to mess with the site's content) I can't make the manager pages available to the public. However, I did provide a sample manager page which is disabled but gives you an idea of what the pages are like.
