How to Navigate this site

This site was specifically designed with the idea that there is no one correct path leading through it. Instead, you are encouraged to start at whichever category interests you most and then meander at leisure through whichever pages "spark" your interest. You can do this through the light orange links, which all lead to related pages. Although the site is organized in six categories, all six are very related and the light orange links frequently go between categories. If you get to the end of a page, there is a link to another page in the site that most logically picks up where the last one left off.

Another feature of this site you should know about is the vocabulary words. Many energy experts toss around a lot of seeming gibberish, and many of those words can have more than one meaning. In an effort to help out the ordinary citizen, I've defined a host of common and not-so-common vocabulary words. All of the white links, when clicked, pop up a small window containing the vocabulary word and its definition. If you want, you can quickly and easily sign up with a username and password and keep a personalized vocabulary list -- just check the box at the bottom of any vocabulary window.

A few more quick notes: dark orange links are "external" links, meaning they will take you somewhere away from this site. However, they open in a new window, so you can easily close that window to return to Electric Currents. Lastly, if you ever get confused or feel like you are going in circles, just click "home" and start again at any of the six categories. Have fun!
